Birmingham based Tufnol Composites will be exhibiting for the second year running at the Engineering Materials Live show at the National Motorcycle Museum on 10 May 2018.
Roy Thomason, Managing Director of Tufnol Composites, said: “Following our successful debut at last year’s Engineering Materials Live, we’re looking forward to attending again in 2018. We’ll be showcasing our extensive product range, which is suitable for numerous uses and applications, as well as our knowledge and expertise.
“Our team will again be on our stand throughout the day to talk about our products and discuss a range of technical issues with existing and new customers alike.”
Visitors will be able to see Tufnol’s full range of traditional laminates and the company will be placing a special focus on its machining capabilities and high performance materials. These include carbon fibre, high temperature resistant and low-smoke, flame retardant products.
Tufnol Composites has been manufacturing laminates in the UK for almost 90 years. Today thousands of new uses are still being created and the company works with leading brands such as Bombardier, London Underground, Rolls-Royce and Airbus.
