Wolverhampton based operator, Hills Coaches, returns to Volvo to expand its fleet with a repeat order of a 72 seat, Sunsundegui bodied, B8R.
Hills Coaches Director, Darran Hill, said: “Our latest order of the Volvo B8R SB3 followed a positive experience of a previous vehicle of the exact same specification. The coach is reliable and fuel efficient. We value practicality, especially when it comes to our school and private hire contracts.
“Our school contracts require a larger seating capacity that, at the same time, does not compromise when it comes to quality or comfort. We felt that the Volvo B8R ticks all of our boxes and allows us to offer a great service to our customers.
“Out of our fleet of 21 coaches, 10 are based on a Volvo chassis and as such, we had no hesitation when it came to choosing our new coach. We have always had a good experience when dealing with the team at our local Volvo Truck and Bus dealership, Hartshorne in Walsall. Our Coach Sales Manager, David Porter and Retail Sales Director, James Hyde inititally suggested the B8R SB3 to us and we know that we can always trust their recommendations.”
David Porter added: “It is a pleasure to be supplying Darran and his team with another Volvo coach. They are a reputable operator and a longstanding customer of ours, so it is satisfying to hear that they are enjoying the performance of their previous purchases and the service that they have received from us.”
Operating in the Midlands, for more than 50 years since 1965, Hills Coaches is a well respected, family run business offering a range of services including private hire, excursions and long term contracts.
