NC Creative’s long-standing client Ruxton Estate Agent wanted to open a new office in Knowle and we were asked to support them by executing an integrated marketing and communications campaign. The aim was to spread the word of the new premises to potential new customers based in the Knowle and Dorridge area.
To achieve this, we utilised number of key communication channels, such as traditional PR, webmails, online banners, press adverts and social media. During the campaign we highlighted Ruxton’s locality plus key attributes such as expertise, quality, experience and integrity. The office launched successfully and is steadily increasing revenue.
