Brief: To develop and deliver a concept for London Luton Airport’s summer campaign designed to promote retail and food & drink concessions located in the departure lounge. The Passport campaign which delivered great results for the participating outlets, included a voucher booklet, scratch cards, digital screen content and promotional items.
